Everything but birth
~One in-person prenatal birth session to provide information around your birth choices to help you clarify your birth plan, access to a lending library, referrals to appropriate community resources, and education around pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.
~One in-person postpartum session to process your experience, discuss any newborn baby concerns and provide referrals to resources relevant for the postpartum time.
Both sessions are approximately two hours each.

~Continuous phone/email support from the moment of hiring me through six weeks postpartum.

~On call 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks gestation until birth
~Phone-support as needed during early labor
~In-person support during active labor
