Brown Eyed Birth Classes are designed to provide you with information, tools, and confidence for your birth. Classes are presented in an interactive style to encourage establishing a birth community for you. No matter what your birth goals, you will come away from this series educated and empowered to trust your intuition to make informed decisions during the remainder of your pregnancy, birth, and into parenthood.

The Brown Eyed Birth Class series covers the end of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum information in detail in a dynamic and engaging way. Topics covered include nutrition, birthing options, creating a birth plan, breastfeeding, and much much more.

Classes meet weekly on Wednesday nights for 5 weeks (with a bonus session after all the babies are born). Each class lasts 2-2.5 hours. Class size is limited to 4-6 couples, generally, to ensure that everyone has individualized attention and the ability to be flexible in the material covered based on the group's needs and interests.

Ideally, couples begin this class between 25- 32 weeks gestation.

During this series, birthing people and their partners enjoy the only birth-class-of-its-kind in and around Plattsburgh, NY.  

These are a great option for people hoping to connect with others to form a supportive birth tribe. Classes are fun and super interactive with classmates.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required when you sign up to hold your spot in the class as space is limited.
Note: all birth clients are encouraged to attend the group birth class at no cost.
Group birth class participants may apply the class fees towards any birth service (birth doula services or birth photography services).
