You just found out you’re expecting and it’s a little bit (or a lot!) overwhelming. Whether this is your first baby or last – a big surprise, or planned forever.

Connecting with other expecting families who live nearby is a fantastic idea. It’s helpful to walk this journey with others.

That’s where Birth Circles come in. These are free monthly events held at Farmhouse Pantry in Saranac (typically when the coffee shop/bakery/cafe is closed – so we can have the place to ourselves!). Birth Circles are a place to come and ask your pregnancy questions, talk about your plans for your upcoming birth, and connect with other local parents.

This is not only an opportunity to connect with expecting families – but also new parents who are always willing to share their birth experience. New parents are invited to process their birth experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
